How many people fit in one Pedicab?
By New York law no more than 3 peoples are allowed in one Pedicab.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend you to arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before your tour time.
Are childrens allowed?
Yes, children of all ages are allowed to ride on the pedicabs. Please note that each pedicab seats up to 3 passengers, with a maximum of 2 children per pedicab. A responsible adult must accompany the children during the ride.
Do I need to bring my ticket confirmation to check in?
After completing the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. You don’t need to print it out, you can show it on your phone.
Do I need to book a tour in advance?
Yes, we strongly recommend booking seats in advance, especially during high season or on weekends. Pre-booking guarantees you a place and allows us to prepare perfectly for your arrival.
Can I reschedule or cancel my tour?
Yes you can. Your satisfaction is matter. Just let us know beforehand, so that the guide does not waste his time.
Do you speak other languages?
We are a multinational team speaks other languages such as Spanish, French, German, Persian and Russian.
If I arrive late, can I join a later tour for free?
We will do our best to work with your arrival time. Just let us know if you are late and we will inform any available tour guide to pick you up.
How will i know if a tour has been cancelled?
Most tours take place shiny day. In some weather conditions, a tour may be cancelled. We attempt to make weather cancellations as far in advance as possible. We will notify you by email.
