Free Cancellation
Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour time for a full refund.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled tour, no refund will be issued.
Weather Conditions
Tours operate in most weather conditions. In case of severe weather (heavy rain, storms), we may:
- Reschedule your tour, or
- Offer a full refund
Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule your tour (subject to availability). We recommend contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late, your tour time may be shortened or canceled without refund.
Third-Party Booking (Stripe)
All bookings processed through Stripe are subject to their system policies and fees.
